Website redesigns that stand out, convert, and get found.
Strategy, design, SEO, and AEO in one engagement. We diagnose what鈥檚 underperforming, rebuild the structure around how your buyers actually decide, and design something that doesn鈥檛 look like everything else in your category.
Your marketing brings the traffic. Your website determines what happens to it.
Every channel ends in the same place. Ads, SEO, outbound, events, your site decides whether that spend becomes pipeline or whether it bounces.
The Problem
Campaigns pointing traffic at pages that were never built to convert
An SEO program capped by a site structure search engines can't read
Sales sending links they have to apologize for
Every channel getting optimized except the one they all end on
The Solution
Strategy before design, not alongside it
Structure built around how your buyers actually evaluate you
SEO and AEO in from week one, not a phase bolted on at the end
Component-based pages your team can launch without a developer
I鈥檝e been through 12 website launches in my career, and I want to give some well-deserved credit to Takeoff for delivering the best experience I鈥檝e had to date.

What it is
A redesign where design, conversion, and search get solved together.
For companies whose website no longer supports where the business is going. The redesign process starts with strategy: stakeholder sessions, persona research, and won and lost deal analysis feed one Strategy Brief, and we agree a North Star Metric up front.
Keyword strategy shapes the sitemap, and we structure the wireframes for how search engines and generative AI actually read a page.
Then three designers each build a concept independently from that brief. You pull the elements you want from each and we assemble the final direction from those to create a website design that is truly unique to your brand.
Who it's for
Companies whose site makes them look less credible or less mature than they actually are
Marketing teams who can鈥檛 launch a page or a campaign without engineering help
Sites getting traffic that isn鈥檛 converting into qualified opportunities
New marketing leaders who inherited a site they know is holding the team back

Ready to find out what your site is actually costing you?
A B2B website redesign agency rebuilds your site around how your buyers actually evaluate you, rather than restyling what鈥檚 already there. Our redesign process runs strategy first, then information architecture and conversion paths, wireframes written with real copy, user experience and website design at every breakpoint, SEO and AEO structuring, web development and CMS implementation, then content migration, redirects, QA, launch, CMS training, and a 30-day post-launch warranty.
The part many agencies leave out is search. If keyword strategy and the redirect map aren鈥檛 decided before the sitemap is, a redesign can launch beautifully and lose the rankings that were sending you pipeline. The same structural work is what lets generative AI engines cite you rather than a competitor. Core brand identity work is a separate scope, and we say so upfront rather than quietly folding it in.
Why do companies choose Takeoff as their B2B website redesign agency?
Strategy comes before design, every time. Stakeholder sessions, ICP and persona research, won and lost deal analysis, CRM and analytics data, content and IA audits, and competitive research all feed one Strategy Brief, and we commit to a North Star Metric tied to your business goals, usually SQLs. That brief is what later decisions get judged against, which is what keeps week nine from turning into a debate about week two.
Then three designers each build a concept independently from that brief, and the final direction gets assembled from the parts you pick, so the site is not a template or three variations of one designer's idea. Wireframes are written with real copy rather than Lorem Ipsum, so messaging and conversion logic get settled before visual design starts. Our team handles content entry, which is where most redesigns stall. And you own the Figma files, the code, the content, and the CMS from day one, with no lock-in.
What should you look for when choosing a B2B website redesign agency?
Ask when keyword strategy gets decided relative to the sitemap. If the answer is after design, the redesign is being built without knowing which pages have to rank, and the redirect map becomes a scramble in launch week.
Then check four things. Whether strategy comes before design, meaning stakeholder alignment and persona research rather than a mood board. Whether they show you more than one direction, because a single concept means you are reviewing execution rather than choosing. Whether design and development sit in the same team, since a web design agency that subcontracts the build gives you two vendors and one blame gap. And whether the CMS they hand over lets marketing launch a page without a developer ticket. Price is the last question, because many agencies quote against a scope nobody has defined yet, and that is where scope creep starts.
Will we lose our search rankings?
Not if the migration is planned from week one, and this is the part agencies most often get wrong. Keyword research and mapping happen during strategy, the sitemap and page structure get built around how buyers actually search, and the migration runs against a full redirect map and a technical launch checklist. The target is zero broken redirects, zero unnecessary 404s, and existing SEO equity preserved.
We have seen the other outcome. One client came to us after another agency's redesign lost 95% of their keyword rankings, and recovering that took two to three months. It is avoidable, and avoiding it costs a lot less than fixing it.
Which CMS do you build on? Are you a Webflow agency?
We build on WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Craft, and Drupal, and which one we recommend depends on who will be using it rather than on what we prefer to build. Webflow development is a large share of what we do, and for a marketing site where the team wants to change layouts without a developer it is often the right call. The Webflow ecosystem has matured a lot, though it still has real limits around complex data structures and some enterprise requirements, and we will tell you when you are hitting them.
Whichever platform, the CMS gets built for the marketing teams who will actually use it. Component-based pages mean small changes and new page launches do not need engineering, and you own everything at the end.
How long does a website redesign take?
About 12 to 16 weeks for a standard project, roughly 14 in practice. Larger sites with many stakeholders or heavy content migration run longer.
Your team's time is front-loaded into discovery, which is the phase worth protecting in calendars. After that it is scheduled reviews rather than open-ended availability, and you get a senior PM as a single point of contact so you are not coordinating between designers, developers, and SEO specialists yourself. The variable that moves timelines most is review speed on your side, so we set decision milestones up front.
